What is Klenz Shop?

We provide sanitisation solutions. Whether it’s UV light boxes for your phone, watch and AirPods or specialised keyrings to help you open doors without ever touching them. We’ve here to keep you safe and ready for anything.

How do you use Klenz products?

All you have to do is pop the device you want sanitised into the UV light box, close the lid and push the button. Leave it for 15 minutes (it will be charging during that time too, so it’s a win win) and you’re good to go. It’s that simple! 

How does the UV light work?

Using UV-C wavelengths the light breaks down bacteria and stops it from reproducing and functioning altogether. UV light neutralises superbugs that have become immune to antibodies and because the light can reach every inch on your device due to the 360-degree reflective surface, it ensures the removal of any and all bacteria that might be lurking.

Is the UV light safe?

While UV-C is harmful to the eyes, Klenz products are specifically designed with your safety in mind. Once closed the boxes are light-tight and there are sensors to detect movement that instantly turn the light off when opening the box. 

How long will shipping take?

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

Can I return my purchase and will I receive a refund?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day the order was received. We will provide you with a full refund if you are unhappy for any reason and return the product within 30 days. To be eligible for a refund you must provide proof of purchase, and the item must be unused, undamaged and in its packaging.

We will provide you with the details of where to return your product and we urge you to keep proof of postage to avoid any lost packages. Please note the customer is responsible for the charges incurred for return postage and shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded.

Once the returned item has been inspected and your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. If you would like to discuss a return or a refund with us, please email hello@klenzshop.com and include your order number, name and reason for wanting a refund.

Does my product include warranty?
