How long does Shipping take?

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. UVLicht is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and UVLicht will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. UVLicht is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Returns

We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of the day it was received.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery – we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. You’ll be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus actual shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded.

Klenz shop will offer a full refund on our sterilizer box & wireless charger if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will be minus the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our sterilizer box & wireless charger

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. You’ll be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus actual shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • For returns, please email info@klenzshop.com with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return or use the chat feature in the lower right-hand corner of the website.
